SENAD DIZDAREVIC

Principal

Senad is the Principal of Ascot Solicitors and established the firm in August 2011. Senad’s goal was to establish a practice that is based on integrity, informed by expertise and driven successfully to provide the best results that can be achieved for a diversity of clients. His approach is considered and calculated to offer a comprehensive solution to all his clients, having spent considerable time practising in all of the major areas of law, namely: property law, building & construction, civil litigation, family law, wills and estates and estates disputes. Senad acts for countless property developers, large corporations, notable high-wealth luminaries and Australian sports stars and personalities and he has continuously strived to achieve optimal outcomes for all of his clients. MICHEAL MARIPA

Associate

Successfully represented clients in the Magistrate’s Court, Federal Circuit Court, Family Court and VCAT.

It takes a strong, passionate, and empathetic person to be a supporter of St Kilda Football Club as we all know it comes with its fair share of heartache. These same qualities are what makes me a great Family Lawyer.

My passion of Family Law makes me strive for the best possible outcome for my client in every matter. Family law is undoubtably a highly emotionally charged area of the law and it is important to have a lawyer that understands your situation.

Finally, being strong is an important quality for all lawyers, however it is my opinion that it is an essential quality for a great family lawyer. As a family lawyer, you are the client’s point of reference throughout this stressful period of their life, and you need to be strong enough to support and advise your client when the process gets difficult and complicated.
